You will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Design and execute test cases based on software requirements and specifications.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not affected by new changes.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand product features and requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on software quality and testability.
- Prepare detailed test reports and documentation for stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies such as black box, white box, and automated testing.
- Proficient in using test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation.
- Understanding of web and mobile application testing.
- Experience with SQL for database testing and validation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
