Responsibilities
- Meeting the EHS protocols & regulatory norms in force
- Physical Testing of New Trial Product like Castable, Mortars, Bricks and PCPF.
- High Temperature Furnace Operation including PCE and RUL
- Upkeeping of Equipment used (UTM, Furnaces, Ovens, etc.)
- Preparing Samples for XRF, XRD, Chemical Analysis, Microscopy
- Maintaining 5S standard in the workplace
- Assist in preparation of raw materials for lab-scale and pilot trials.
- Conduct trial mixing, sample preparation, and processing as per R&D requirements.
- Monitor trial parameters and document observations.
- Maintaining records of samples and testing results as per ISO norms.
Profile/Competencies
Education, background, level of experience:
- 5 years experience in laboratory Ceramic / Refractory industry.
- Skills working with MS-Office.
- 12th Grade / Higher Secondary (Science) / ITI.
