TEST SPECIALIST

• Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing for VisionPLUS Cards applications.
• Validate card lifecycle processes including account setup, card issuance, authorizations, billing, statements, payments, and collections.
• Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Execute testing across VisionPLUS modules such as CMS, FAS, TRAMS, VMx, and related interfaces.
• Identify, log, track, and support resolution of defects using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with business, development, and offshore/onshore stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
• Support SIT, UAT, production validation, and release activities.

• Hands-on experience in VisionPLUS Cards testing.
• Strong understanding of Credit Card and Payments domain.
• Experience in functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Ability to analyze transaction flows and troubleshoot defects.
• Knowledge of SQL and test management/defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working in banking environments, preferably HSBC/cards domain.
• Knowledge of card schemes (Visa, Mastercard) and end-to-end card processing
