Designation- Test Publishing Analyst

Week Offs- Saturday and Sunday

Shift Timings- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM / 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM (Flexibility required for extended shifts based on project needs)

Work from Home/Office- Currently work from home with few days in office in a month

Remuneration- As per company policy

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the successful and timely completion of all exam assignments and projects.
• Serve as a point person for project-related issues, resolve challenges proactively, and escalate larger issues when required.
• Verify test functionality and design testing strategies for delivery or scoring methods.
• Assure the accuracy and quality of exam deliverables, adhering to established standards and guidelines.
• Troubleshoot exam problems and provide effective support to clients and client services on technical issues.
• Facilitate the consideration and research of alternative technical solutions by coordinating discussions, evaluating risks, and analysing costs with relevant stakeholders.
• Create and maintain positive relations with internal and external clients to ensure smooth collaboration and satisfaction.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling cross-departmental collaboration.
• Proactive mindset to assess requirements, identify potential issues, and drive solutions.
• Advanced problem-solving skills with a logical and analytical approach.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office tools, including MS Word and Excel, with the ability to create macros.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and flexible to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Approach assigned tasks with minimal supervision and deliver them within agreed timelines and effort estimates.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Proficiency in coordinating with team members to maintain productivity and performance.

Preferred

• 1+ year of experience in publishing or content-related roles.
• Some programming skills in Python or Java
• Working knowledge of HTML and XML
