Job Title: Test Prep Counsellor

Location: Bengaluru, Jayanagar (Onsite)

Role Description

The Test Prep Counsellor will work closely with students to guide them in selecting suitable test preparation programs for standardized exams and support their overseas education plans. The role involves understanding student requirements, providing personalized counselling, managing leads, and converting them into enrollments. The counsellor will also coordinate with trainers, manage class schedules, and ensure a smooth learning experience for students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Counsel students regarding test preparation programs such as GRE, GMAT, IELTS, and TOEFL.
  • Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
  • Handle leads and convert them into enrollments.
  • Follow up with prospective students through calls, messages, and emails.
  • Achieve monthly sales/enrollment targets.
  • Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for class scheduling.
  • Maintain student records and update information in CRM systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to students throughout the learning process.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to understand client needs and explain programs effectively.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to handle leads and convert them into enrollments.
  • Ability to work with targets and achieve sales goals.
  • Organizational and time management skills for managing schedules and timely follow-ups.
  • Prior experience in counseling, education, or sales is a plus.
  • Freshers are welcome, especially candidates with good communication and sales knowledge.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
