TEST MODULE LEAD - Python scripting

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end QA activities for IoT and Smart Energy Metering projects.
2. Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for functional, regression, API, HMI, and web testing.
3. Validate device communication and interoperability across industrial protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, and BLE.
4. Perform test planning, test design, execution, defect tracking, and quality reporting.
5. Optimize automation suites to improve execution efficiency and reduce release cycle timelines.
6. Work closely with client stakeholders, developers, product owners, and project managers to ensure quality deliverables.
7. Mentor team members, conduct knowledge transfer sessions, and support onboarding of new resources.
8. Support multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery with high quality standards.
9. Analyze protocol/network logs and troubleshoot communication issues in IoT devices and gateways.
10. Contribute to practice initiatives, reusable automation assets, and process improvements.

Experience
610 years of experience in QA Automation, IoT Testing, or Industrial Automation Testing.
Experience working with Smart Energy, Building Automation, or Industrial IoT products is preferred.
