Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in Python-based test automation.
• Hands-on experience with Pytest and Robot Framework.
• Experience in embedded systems testing and validation.
• Understanding of MCU architecture, including ARM Cortex and nRF52.
• Knowledge of GPIO, UART, SPI, I2C, interrupts, timers, and watchdogs.
• Experience in communication protocol testing and automation.
• Hands-on experience with BDD using Cucumber or Behave.
• Experience testing UART, SPI, I2C, and BLE protocols.
• BLE testing, including scanning, advertising, connection stability, GATT validation, and data exchange.
• Firmware flashing, debugging, upgrade validation, and OTA validation.
• Experience with UART/RTT logs, packet-level debugging, and automated log analysis.
• Experience in test harness development, regression testing, functional testing, and system-level validation.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD automation.

Good-to-Have Skills

• MQTT protocol testing for IoT devices.
• Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) setup and validation.
• Basic C/C++ firmware understanding.
• RTOS fundamentals.
• PySerial and JTAG/SWD debugging using Segger J-Link.
• BLE automation using nRF Connect APIs and custom scripts.
• GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Stress, soak, and power consumption testing.
• Allure and HTML test reporting.
• Simulation tools for embedded systems testing.
