Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the end-to-end test strategy for Digital Wealth platforms.
• Prepare test plans, estimations, execution schedules, and daily status reports.
• Lead SIT/UAT execution, defect triage, and test governance.
• Coordinate functional, integration, API, and data validation testing across multiple applications.
• Ensure test data availability and environment readiness.
• Collaborate with Business, Development, Compliance, and Vendor teams.
• Manage QA teams and provide regular project updates to stakeholders and PMO.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.

Note:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Test Lead/Test Manager is mandatory.
• Strong domain experience in Cards, Treasury, or Digital Wealth is required.
