Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with strong expertise in Banking (CASA & Payments) and a solid foundation in automation and manual testing. The role involves leading end-to-end testing programs, ensuring high-quality delivery across complex banking applications and payment ecosystems.
Location: Navi Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
Test Management & Delivery
- Lead and manage end-to-end testing lifecycle across SIT, System Testing, Regression, UAT support, and Production validation
- Define Test Strategy, Test Plans, Estimations, and Closure Reports
- Ensure test coverage, traceability, and quality metrics adherence
- Monitor test progress, risks, defects, and timelines
Functional & Domain Testing
- Analyze BRD, FRD, and user stories to derive test scenarios
- Execute Functional, Integration, System, and Regression Testing
- Validate end-to-end banking workflows, including account operations and transaction processing
- Ensure accurate validation of payment flows and transaction lifecycles
Banking Domain Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- CASA (Current & Savings Accounts)
- Payments & Fund Transfers
- NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI
Automation & Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience in Automation Testing frameworks
- Strong understanding of STLC methodologies
- Perform backend data validation using SQL
Defect & Stakeholder Management
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects using standard tools
- Conduct defect triage meetings and drive closure
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Project Managers
- Provide regular status reports and dashboards to stakeholders
Release & Compliance
- Support release management and production deployments
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, audits, and quality standards
Mandatory Skill Set
- Strong experience in Manual + Automation Testing
- Proven expertise in Banking Domain (CASA & Payments)
- Hands-on experience across payment systems (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI)
- Strong capabilities in test management, governance, and reporting
- Experience with SQL for backend validation
