Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of manual and automation testers.
- Define and implement test strategies, frameworks, and plans for manual and automated testing.
- Drive automation initiatives and ensure continuous improvement in test coverage and quality.
- Oversee end-to-end testing activities, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Set up and maintain infrastructure for end-to-end testing environments.
- Draft project plans and align testing strategies with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate testing progress, risks, and results effectively.
- Ensure compliance with medical device standards, software verification, and regulatory protocols.
- Promote best practices, quality standards, and continuous process improvements within the team.
Experience Required
- 7-10 years of experience in software testing, including manual and automation testing.
- Hands-on experience with C#, Python, and test management practices.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring testing teams, driving strategy, and ensuring compliance in regulated environments.
- Knowledge of test frameworks, test case development, and TDD is desirable.
