Delivery Manager/ Test Manager:
Experience required- 16 to 20 years
Job location- Pune- Hinjewadi
1. Delivery ownership
- Lead and mentor Test Leads and QA teams across multiple squads or programs
- Build capabilities in automation, non‑functional testing as well as functional testing
- Delivery responsibility for QA on big releases, driving multiple teams and line managers
- Leverage metrics, KPIs and other insights for decision‑making and governance
2. Enterprise Test Strategy & Governance
- Define and own the enterprise test strategy aligned to SDLC, Agile, and DevOps models
- Understand and align to customer QA frameworks, standards, and quality gates
- Drive risk‑based testing and quality‑by‑design practices
- Govern adherence to strategy across programs and teams
3. Big Releases & Release Readiness
- Provide QA leadership for major releases and platform changes
- Own release readiness assessments, defect risk analysis, and Go‑No‑Go recommendations
- Ensure end‑to‑end coverage across integrations, data, and non‑functional areas
- Proactively surface and mitigate quality risks
4. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the single point of accountability for QA in customer and leadership forums
- Communicate quality status, risks, metrics, and release confidence clearly and credibly
- Partner with customers on test approach, scope, and risk mitigation
