At IT Services, we are passionate about ServiceNow and as we are expending in India, we are looking for a Test Manager to join us. A ServiceNow Test Manager oversees and coordinates all testing activities within a ServiceNow environment. This role involves developing test strategies, managing test plans, and ensuring the quality of ServiceNow implementations while collaborating with various stakeholders.

What you would do:
- Develop and Implement Test Strategies: Create comprehensive test plans and define testing methodologies to be followed across teams.
- Manage Testing Resources: Assign testers, oversee their work, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Coordinate Testing Activities: Align testing efforts with project timelines and ensure effective completion of all testing.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to integrate testing into the development lifecycle.
- Analyze Test Results: Gather and report on testing metrics to provide insights and identify areas for improvement.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and communicate testing-related risks to stakeholders.
- Ensure Quality: Work to ensure that all ServiceNow implementations are of high quality and meet user requirements.
- Utilize ServiceNow Test Management Tools: Use the ServiceNow Test Management module or integrate with other testing tools as needed.
