QTEST Engineer
Job Title: QTest Admin
Experience Required: 6 to 8 Years experience in Automation Testing, with 45+ Years in QTEST
Location: Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai ,Bengaluru, Noida
Must Have Skills:
- Experience in configuring and maintaining QTest environments, including user roles, permissions, and project structures.
- Design and implement optimal folder structures and workflows within QTest.
- Configure and enable AI-based features like QTest Co-Pilot.
- Drive adoption of intelligent test management practices across teams.
- Establish standardized processes for test case creation, execution, and reporting.
- Experience in integrating QTest with Tosca, CI/CD pipelines, and ALM tools such as Jira.
- Implement quality gates and checkpoints at various test phases
- Experience in generating and maintaining quality dashboards for stakeholders, providing visibility into test coverage, execution progress, and defect trends
Required Skills & Experience
- 68 years in Test management, with 45 years dedicated to QTest administration.
- Strong expertise in QTest configuration and administration.
- Experience integrating qTest with Tosca, CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps), and ALM tools like Jira
- Hands-on experience in setting up AI features like QTest Co-Pilot.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to test automation frameworks and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with other ALM tools and enterprise test management solutions.
- Certification in QTest, Tosca, or related QA tools (preferred but not mandatory).
