A Test Lead is responsible for managing the testing activities of a software development project

• Developing and implementing a test plan for the project, including defining test objectives, test cases, and test scenarios
• Conducting test reviews and collaborating with the development team to identify and resolve defects and issues
• Developing and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports
• Managing the testing environment, including setting up test environments, managing test data, and ensuring that testing resources are available
• Managing the testing budget, including estimating testing costs, tracking expenses, and managing resources to stay within budget
