Job Description

D365 Testing & Automation

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Dynamics 365 CRM using tools such as C#, Selenium, EasyRepro, Playwright, and SpecFlow.
  • Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across:
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
    • Service Management Tools (SMT)
    • Power Platform applications (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Validate business workflows, plugins, customizations, and integrations within D365.
  • Perform data validation and API/integration testing between CRM, SMT, and third-party systems.
Test Analysis & Execution

  • Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure test coverage across all D365 modules, custom components, and integrations.
  • Execute both manual and automated test cases, ensuring accurate documentation of results.
  • Identify, analyze, and report defects with clear root cause analysis.

Defect & Test Management

  • Use Azure DevOps (TFS) for:
    • Test case management and execution
    • Requirement traceability
    • Defect logging and lifecycle management
  • Track defects through to resolution and perform retesting and regression validation.
  • Maintain test reports, dashboards, and QA metrics.
Collaboration & Agile Delivery

  • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and functional consultants to clarify requirements and improve solution quality.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum activities including:
    • Sprint planning
    • Daily stand-ups
    • Retrospectives
    • Defect triage sessions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in test automation frameworks and QA processes.
D365 Functional & Technical Expertise

  • Validate D365 configurations, custom entities, workflows, business rules, and forms.
  • Ensure quality across CRM data flows, security roles, and integrations.
  • Provide QA insights and recommendations to enhance system performance, usability, and stability.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong experience in:
    • Dynamics 365 CRM Testing (functional and automation)
    • Service Management Tool (SMT) testing
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools:
Playwright
