Key Deliverables

• Design, enhance, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks across UI, API, and AI workflows.
• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test automation strategies.
• Conduct thorough reviews of automation code to uphold quality standards and best practices.
• Integrate automated tests seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines to accelerate release cycles.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Development, and Data teams to align testing efforts with project goals.
• Introduce and implement prompt-based and AI-assisted testing techniques to improve test efficiency.
• Mentor and guide a team of 2-4 test automation engineers, fostering their technical growth.

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Test Automation Strategy.
• 4+ years of experience in Selenium Framework Design.
• 4+ years of programming experience in Python or Java.
• 3+ years of experience with CI/CD Pipelines (Jenkins/Azure DevOps).
• 1+ year of exposure to AI / Prompt Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in API & Integration Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Agile & DevOps Practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Cloud testing platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Basic understanding of Performance testing principles.
• Awareness of Security testing methodologies.
• Experience with ML/AI validation processes.
