Test Lead

Description

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the testing efforts on various software projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables through effective test planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the testing team and oversee the testing process for software applications.
• Develop and implement test strategies and test plans based on project requirements.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely and effective testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Review and analyze system specifications and requirements to ensure proper test coverage.
• Prepare and present test reports and metrics to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar.
• Proficiency in writing and executing test cases and test scripts.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
