TEST LEAD - Manual Testing

Experience: 8–10 Years

• Lead end-to-end testing activities including manual and automation testing
• Design, create, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios
• Ensure high test coverage and quality of deliverables

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright
• Create reusable test step blocks, libraries, and recovery scenarios
• Enhance automation coverage and optimize execution time

• Perform API testing using appropriate tools and frameworks
• Validate request/response, data integrity, and service reliability

• Build and maintain reusable components, libraries, and utilities
• Design recovery mechanisms for failed test scenarios
• Create alternate approaches and workarounds for complex test steps

• Create execution plans and manage test execution cycles
• Run automated test scripts in virtual environments using CI/CD pipelines (VSTS, DEX)
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD workflows

• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for:
  • Test script development
  • Maintenance
  • Execution
  • Reporting
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical challenges and implement solutions
• Provide clear and timely communication to stakeholders

• Provide technical direction to testing projects
• Improve test coverage and overall application quality
• Set up and manage specialized testing practices / Center of Excellence (CoE)

• Completion of the following certifications:
  • AS1
  • AS2
  • TDS1
  • TDS2
  • AE1

• Strong experience in Manual Testing
• Hands-on experience in Playwright Automation (preferred)
• Experience in API Testing
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (VSTS, DEX)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
