Senior QA lead (with focus on automation)

Mandatory Skill - Katalon

Key Responsibilities

Analyze requirements and user stories and come up with comprehensive test plans for both manual and automation approaches
Come up with strategy for automation test flows and integrate them with DevOps pipelines
Manual testing to verify functional requirements and complex scenarios requiring manual intervention
Backend validation in databases to ensure data integrity
Manage defect lifecycle and collaboration with developer for resolutions
Mentor juniors by reviewing their test cases and test scripts
Ability to learn new frameworks and quickly implement automation using acquired knowledge

Mandatory Skills

Manual testing of APIs and web applications
Automation testing using frameworks such as Selenium
Programming language such as Java OR scripting language such as Python, JavaScript for automation
Well versed in Agile ceremonies
Familiar with SDLC and STLC lifecycles
SQL knowledge for data validation and database testing
Katalon framework for automation a must
Understanding of OAuth authorization and token flows
