Job Description

Essential 

Experience, Technical and Soft Skills 

ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Analyst (CTAL-TA) or equivalent commercial testing experience. 
Strong test leadership experience within Agile/DevOps environments. 
Expert level knowledge of test management tools, defect tracking, and reporting. 
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risk. 
Strong stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution skills. 
Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and presentation abilities. 
Able to coach and support tester development. 
Skilled communicator, able to explain technical concepts clearly. 
Ability to assess and improve test coverage and test design. 
IT related degree or equivalent experience in an IT discipline.  
Experience in using Agile development methodologies and associated tools, e.g. Azure boards. 
Experience in SQL/database testing and CI/CD integration. 
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
