Test Lead

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong functional knowledge in Supply Chain Management, specifically in Oracle Install Base and Service Contracts. The candidate should have solid testing experience and the ability to work closely with development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand testing requirements and objectives, along with the company's software development process.
• Develop test plans and test cases based on business and technical requirements.
• Execute manual and automated tests, track defects, and report results.
• Analyze test results to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues identified during testing.
• Participate in project meetings and provide status updates on assigned tasks.
• Work closely with developers to ensure new code meets quality standards.
• Keep up to date with new testing tools and methodologies.
• Train new team members on testing procedures.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
