Test Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead testing efforts for web applications ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases.
• Provide accurate test metrics and reporting to stakeholders.
• Use SNOW, Rally, HP ALM, and Jira for efficient test management activities.
• Perform manual end-to-end business process assurance testing.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure functional and seamless integration.
• Conduct testing using various tools and frameworks as required by the project.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable improvement recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and established best practices.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for quick resolution of issues.
• Maintain documentation and defect tracking throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
• Support the team in meeting project milestones and deliverables.
