Test Lead - 6+ months

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an experienced Freelance Test Lead to join a leading FMCG organization.

The Test Lead is responsible for managing the testing processes and activities for TPM implementations. This role ensures high-quality testing standards, effective defect management, and seamless integration with existing business processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing testing projects for TPM projects with strong testing and leadership skills and extensive experience in managing crossfunctional teams, partners and stakeholders to ensure successful testing.

Requirements Test Lead Role:

• Strong experience in implementing test strategy, processes, wow and in leading testing teams for projects with complex technical integration
• Hands-on experience with TPM (Trade Promotion Management)
• Hand on experience with test management tools qTest and JIRA
• The ability to engage in discussions with technical experts and interpret the impact to test scope
• Strong management skills and ability to drive the testing strategy, governance and influence stakeholders and teams to align with project and testing objectives
