Job Description

  • Define and execute the integrated HR strategy for Manufacturing, Engineering and Supply Chain domains.
  • Establish a framework to develop skills and capabilities considering current and future business needs.
  • Partner with the Leadership team to identify niche skill requirements and close capability gaps.
  • Integration and standardisation of IR systems and processes across all the Manufacturing set-ups, in multiple States.
  • Develop and manage robust Industrial Relations (IR) frameworks across manufacturing locations
  • Oversee HR systems, payroll, compliance, and employee life-cycle management with a focus on digitization and efficiency.
  • Monitor HR metrics and use data to inform decisions and strategies.
  • Lead change management programs during organizational transitions
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Head should have:

  • A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in HR management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices in the industry.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle complex employee relations issues effectively.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
