You'll be joining our: PVL - Structural and Vehicle Attributes Testing
What you'll do at Ather
- Responsible for handling, comfort, ergo, brakes and other advanced features.
- Responsible for objective testing of the above mentioned functions, primarily brakes.
- Working closely with Engineering and design teams to flesh out solutions
- Responsible for benchmarking other reference vehicles for relevant vehicle dynamics functions
- Highlighting any failure and recording the same in terms of reports on-time and ensuring that the end product is meeting performance targets for Vehicle Dynamics.
- Responsible for creating quality test reports with relevant information
Here's what we're looking for
- 4-5 years of engineering experience in Vehicle Dynamics testing
- Demonstrable experience with Data Acquisition systems like 2D DataRecording, INFULX, V-Box and the likes.
- Good to have - Demonstrable experience with conducting ergonomics evaluations.
- Good understanding of Vehicle Dynamics, Dynamics of Machinery, Suspension and braking systems.
- Soft skills like en-point report preparation, accurate and timely communication, and being a team player are also required.
What you bring to Ather
- B.E/B.tech in mechanical/automotive engineering
- 4-5 years of experience with Vehicle Dynamics testing and good theoretical knowledge of the basic theories.
