The Role
We are seeking an experienced Test Engineer to serve as the final gatekeeper of quality for our products. This isn't just a role for executing scripts; we need a strategic owner who can oversee the entire testing lifecycle—from initial functional checks to final verification documentation.
You will be the primary authority on release readiness, ensuring that every piece of code—whether tested manually, through automation, or by the development team—is accounted for and proven reliable.
Key Responsibilities- Comprehensive Test Strategy: Own the creation and execution of End-to-End (E2E), Integration, Functional, and Non-Functional test suites.
- Hybrid Testing: Seamlessly pivot between manual exploratory testing and developing/maintaining robust automated test frameworks.
- Verification Authority: Act as the central point for the Verification Document. You will review and validate tests implemented by the development team, integrating them into a cohesive proof of functionality for every release.
- Documentation Culture: Maintain a high standard for test plans, bug reports, and traceability matrices. We believe if it isn't documented, it isn't tested.
- Release Management: Own all quality aspects of the release cycle. You will provide the final Go/No-Go recommendation based on data-driven quality metrics.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with developers to ensure that integration points are covered and that non-functional requirements (performance, security, usability) are prioritized.
What We're Looking For- Proven Experience: You have a solid track record in a professional testing role, with clear examples of managing complex releases.
- Technical Versatility: Proficiency in automation tools (such as Selenium, Playwright, or Pytest) coupled with the patience and intuition required for thorough manual testing.

- Analytical Writing: Exceptional documentation skills. You can translate technical test results into clear, professional verification reports for stakeholders.
- Rigor: Experience with non-functional testing (load, stress, and latency) to ensure our systems thrive under real-world conditions.
