Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test cases for complex data pipelines.
• Utilize Python and SQL to automate testing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Monitor and enhance test automation frameworks leveraging Apache Airflow and Databricks.
• Document detailed test plans and results for stakeholders.
• Provide leadership in testing methodologies and best practices.
• Mentor junior team members to foster growth and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Proficient in developing and managing data pipelines using Databricks and Apache Airflow.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with ALM tools.
• Skilled in scripting languages like Bash and Powershell.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
• Familiarity with data pipeline optimization techniques.
