Key Responsibilities

Design and implement test programs for wafer sort, final test, and system-level testing using ATE platforms

Perform functional validation of test programs and debug issues related to hardware, software, and test flows

Analyze test data to identify yield trends, optimize test coverage, and improve product quality.

Reduce test time and cost through efficient test strategies and automation

Work closely with design, product engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth productization

Investigate test escapes and failures, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions

Maintain detailed documentation of test procedures, results, and best practices.

Identify opportunities to enhance test methodologies and implement process improvements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.

5+ years in semiconductor test engineering or related roles

Strong understanding of semiconductor test methodologies, ATE platforms (e.g., Teradyne, Advantest), and statistical data analysis

Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Perl) and test development environments

Excellent analytical skills and ability to resolve complex test and yield issues

Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
