Test Engineer, Automation

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, from understanding business requirements to coding, testing, and deployment.
• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts for multiple application platforms (Web, Mobile, API).
• Create and manage test repositories including scenarios, cases, steps, priorities, and metrics.
• Perform test automation and execute test cases using programming languages such as Python, C#, or Javascript.
• Manage CI/CD activities in coordination with DevSecOps practices.
• Review code, write unit tests, and analyze test outcomes with a programmer's mindset.
• Ensure quality, reliability, and compliance of product deliverables.
• Understand distributed system architecture, component layers, and algorithms to guide testing strategies.
• Work with performance and security testing tools/frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain high-quality standards and mentor junior team members.
• Exposure or knowledge of pharma regulatory, quality, risk management, and process validation is a plus.
