Test Driver

Job Summary:

Responsible for conducting vehicle testing and demonstration drives at the experience centre, while

ensuring proper maintenance of vehicles, tracks, and facility infrastructure to deliver a safe and

high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Testing & Driving

Conduct on-road and off-road test drives and evaluations.

Identify and report vehicle performance issues.

Support customer demonstrations, events, and training programs.

Ensure safe vehicle operation as per standard procedures.

Vehicle Maintenance

Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of test vehicles.

Coordinate with service teams for repairs and servicing.

Maintain vehicle test and maintenance records.

Facility & Track Maintenance

Maintain off-road tracks and experience zones.

Ensure tools, equipment, and safety gear are functional.

Report and assist in resolving facility or infrastructure issues.

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

Safety & Compliance

Follow safety protocols during testing and demonstrations.

Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Assist in emergency response and incident reporting.

Skills & Qualifications

Valid driving license (LMV; off-road experience preferred).

Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems.

Good reporting and communication skills.

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.

Preferred Experience

Experience in automotive testing, experience centres, or off-road facilities.

Knowledge of facility or track maintenance is an advantage.
