Job Description

Technical Skills:ALM Octane Integration, Test Automation with Python and Gen AI

Required Skills:Python

  • Must be a very good communicator.
  • Experience in delivering complex solutions.
  • Good troubleshooting skills.
  • Willingness to explore and learn.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Python to ensure scalable and reusable solutions.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts to validate APIs, backend systems, and integrations.
  • Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements.
  • Conduct performance and load testing for APIs to ensure optimal application performance.
  • Identify, analyze, and document bugs and track their resolution.
  • Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests into the development lifecycle.
  • Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and practices to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience in building test automation frameworks.
  • Proficiency in API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, their architecture, and common testing techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience in testing tools like Selenium, Pytest, or similar.
  • Familiarity with database testing and SQL queries.

  • Excellent Oral and written communication
  • Planning, executing, and issue resolution skills.
  • Experience in client-facing roles should be good in client management.
  • Ability to foresee issues and mitigate them.
