This is a full-time on-site role for a Test Automation Specialist, located in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing test strategies, test cases, and automated tests to ensure optimal software performance. The role also includes analyzing test results, identifying bugs or deficiencies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve them effectively. You will focus on improving software quality through rigorous testing methodologies and leveraging appropriate testing tools and frameworks.

• Proficiency in Test Execution and Test Cases creation to validate software functionality and performance.
• Experience in Test Management and developing comprehensive Test Strategies to drive efficient and effective testing processes.
• Strong skills in Software Testing and thorough knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
