Your work profile

• We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Automation Test Engineers to join our Quality Engineering team.

• This role is suited for engineers who go beyond executing test scripts—those who understand system behaviour, validate integrations end-to-end, and take ownership of quality outcomes.

Key skills required

• 6-8 years of Automation Testing experience with basic Manual Testing skills.
• Follow QA standards, testing best practices, and quality processes.
• Hands-on experience with Test Management tools such as Spira.
• Strong experience in defect management and defect triage.
• Hands-on experience in Playwright script design, development, andexecution using Python.
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot Playwright automation issues independently.
• Work proactively on Playwright automation, collaborate with SMEs when required, and provide regular updates.
• Take complete ownership of assigned testing activities and deliverables.
• Quick learner with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Mandatory Playwright Skills

• Hands-on experience with Playwright using Python.
• Experience creating and maintaining automation scripts using the Page Object Model (POM) framework.
• Strong knowledge of Playwright locators, waits, assertions, and debugging techniques.
• Experience with fixtures, hooks, reusable components, and test data management.

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
