We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Specialist to architect, develop, and implement advanced automation solutions that enhance software quality, efficiency, and delivery excellence across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end test automation strategies aligned with business objectives
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for functional, integration, and regression testing
• Execute automated test scripts and analyze results to identify defects and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with development, testing, and business teams to ensure seamless automation integration
• Drive automation best practices, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead automation activities and provide technical guidance to testing teams
• Perform root cause analysis and support defect resolution processes

Technical Skills Required

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software testing and automation architecture
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium or Playwright
• Expertise in automation frameworks such as TestNG and JUnit
• Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and automation best practices
• Proficiency in scripting and automation technologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

• Experience working in Finance / Insurance domain projects
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Exposure to enterprise-scale automation programs
• Leadership experience mentoring automation engineers
