Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, you will be at the forefront of transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. Your typical day will involve leading initiatives that enhance quality processes, tools, and methodologies, significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity in testing. You will work collaboratively with various teams to evolve predictive and intelligent testing approaches, leveraging automation and innovative testing products and solutions to drive excellence in quality assurance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall skill levels. - Continuously assess and improve testing strategies to align with industry best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools. - Experience in developing and implementing automated test scripts. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex requirements to design effective test cases. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
