Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices in test automation to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with overall project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Experience in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks tailored to complex enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to analyze and improve existing testing processes to increase accuracy and reduce manual effort.
- Familiarity with scripting and programming languages relevant to test automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and scalable testing solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
