Summary:

As a Test Automation Lead, you will be at the forefront of transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. Your typical day will involve leading initiatives that enhance quality processes, tools, and methodologies, significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity. You will work collaboratively with various teams to evolve predictive and intelligent testing approaches, leveraging automation and innovative testing products and solutions to drive excellence in quality assurance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in testing methodologies.
• Continuously assess and improve testing processes to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Testing.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Test Management, Test Automation Strategy, Performance Testing Strategy.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in developing and implementing automated test scripts.
• Familiarity with various testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Testing.
• This position is based at our Noida office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
