Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of new testing technologies and methodologies to enhance team capabilities.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing objectives with business goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Playwright.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated test frameworks.
- Experience in integrating continuous testing within DevOps pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective test strategies.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving automation challenges.
- Knowledge of scripting and programming languages related to test automation.
