Summary:

As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall control, precision, and reliability of testing activities by integrating advanced tools and methodologies. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies to create more predictive and intelligent automation solutions, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational quality goals. Collaboration and leadership are central to managing the transformation towards a robust end-to-end testing framework that supports business objectives effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the adoption and implementation of innovative testing tools and methodologies to enhance automation capabilities.
• Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of testing strategies with project goals and timelines.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Testing.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting languages.
• Experience in designing and implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective automated test cases.
• Familiarity with performance testing and security testing principles.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving automation-related issues efficiently.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
