Summary:

As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the accuracy and integrity of testing through the implementation of advanced tools and methodologies. The position requires driving continuous improvement by adopting innovative and intelligent testing strategies that support automation and predictive analysis, ensuring high standards of quality across projects and teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead initiatives to improve testing frameworks and processes to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align testing objectives with project goals.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SnapLogic.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and continuous integration tools.
• Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end quality engineering solutions.
• Ability to analyze and improve testing processes using data-driven approaches.
• Familiarity with scripting and programming languages relevant to automation.
