As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement by integrating advanced quality methodologies and tools, ensuring enhanced control and precision throughout the testing lifecycle. The position requires fostering innovation in testing approaches, promoting intelligent and predictive automation solutions that elevate the overall integrity and effectiveness of quality assurance efforts across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the adoption of best practices in test automation to enhance team productivity and product quality.
• Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and contribute effectively.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align testing strategies with project goals.
• Continuously evaluate and implement innovative testing tools and methodologies to improve automation efficiency.

• Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks.
• Experience in integrating automation tools with continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Ability to analyze complex testing requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.
• Skilled in monitoring and optimizing automated test suites to ensure reliability and performance.

• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
