As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on integrating advanced quality methodologies and tools to enhance control, accuracy, and data integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. The position requires driving innovation by adopting predictive and intelligent testing strategies, leveraging automation and cutting-edge testing solutions to ensure continuous improvement and excellence in quality delivery across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of innovative testing frameworks and automation strategies to improve overall testing efficiency.
• Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and ensure alignment with quality standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to address challenges and optimize testing processes.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tableau.
• Strong expertise in designing and developing automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Experience in integrating testing tools with continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for automation and process improvement.
• Skilled in monitoring and reporting test metrics to drive data-driven decision making.
