Summary:

As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall control, precision, and reliability of testing activities by integrating advanced tools and methodologies. The position requires driving the adoption of innovative and intelligent testing strategies that leverage automation to predict and address potential issues proactively. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and transformation of testing into a robust end-to-end function is a key aspect of daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of continuous testing processes to enhance product quality and delivery speed.
• Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with business objectives.
• Drive innovation in testing approaches by evaluating and integrating new tools and technologies.
