Summary:

As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering function. This role focuses on enhancing control, accuracy, and integrity by integrating advanced quality processes, tools, and methodologies. The day includes driving the adoption of predictive and intelligent testing strategies, fostering innovation in automation, and delivering solutions that elevate the overall testing landscape. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and transformation of testing activities is a key aspect of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead initiatives to implement innovative testing products and automation solutions that enhance testing efficiency.
• Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and contribute effectively to project goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with overall project objectives and quality standards.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Automation Strategy.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end automation frameworks.
• Experience in integrating continuous testing within DevOps pipelines to support continuous delivery.
• Ability to analyze and optimize testing processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Skilled in leveraging data-driven approaches to develop predictive and intelligent testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with various testing tools and technologies to support automation and quality assurance.

• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
