Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of automation frameworks and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate testing processes with development and operations teams.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing solutions.
- Familiarity with quality engineering best practices and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
