Summary:

As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring that testing efforts align with organizational goals to deliver high-quality software products. Collaboration across teams and proactive problem-solving are key elements throughout the day to maintain and elevate testing standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead initiatives to improve testing processes and implement best practices within the team.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align testing objectives with project goals.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with JavaScript, Python (Programming Language).
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
• Ability to design and implement scalable automated test scripts.
• Experience in integrating automated tests within continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting automated test failures.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Node.js.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
