Summary:

As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall testing framework by integrating advanced tools and methodologies that ensure precision and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead initiatives to improve testing processes and implement best practices within the team.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing objectives with overall project goals.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing, Salesforce Testing.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective testing strategies that improve quality and efficiency.
• Familiarity with various testing tools and technologies that support automation and quality assurance.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to automated test execution and reporting.
