Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of innovative testing frameworks and automation strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster continuous learning and growth.
- Monitor and evaluate testing outcomes to identify areas for process enhancement and risk mitigation.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective test scenarios.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality assurance and process optimization.
