Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled
Test Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in
SeleniumJava, Cucumber, and automation frameworks for both web and API testing. The ideal candidate should bring deep technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
Roles & Responsibilities- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium with Java.
- Build robust automation frameworks for Web UI and API/microservices testing.
- Create automated tests for REST APIs and distributed microservice architectures.
- Design and implement scalable test scripts as part of the overall automation framework.
- Apply strong knowledge of BDD methodology using Cucumber.
- Work with testing tools and libraries such as JUnit, TestNG, Git, Gradle, Jenkins, GitHub, GitHub Actions.
- Use Jenkins to create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution.
- Demonstrate strong technical and operational understanding of QA processes and best practices.
- Deliver test activities within an Agile development model, including continuous in-sprint automation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Perform end-to-end test processes:
- Requirement analysis
- Test scenario and case design
- Test scripting
- Reporting test status and results to stakeholders
