Test Automation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and automation, with the ability to design and implement effective testing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test scripts using test automation frameworks.
• Execute automated test cases and analyze results to ensure software quality.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and design test cases accordingly.
• Identify, record, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
• Continuously improve test automation processes and tools.
• Review and enhance existing test automation frameworks and tools.
• Provide training and support to junior team members on automation best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-16 years of experience in test automation engineering.
• Proficient in automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins or Bamboo.
• Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
